This little chap was on show at my local shopping centre as part of a bird of prey exhibition.
Shot taken with the 70-200 f4, as it was indoors ISO was bumped up to 1600. think the camera handled the noise well!

It may be a little owl, but it has got big eyes!

I think I actually saw one of these in the wild for the first time this weekend. Though when we approached it, it flew off, so I can't be 100% certain.

Very true re the eyes!
these things are really small, probably about 6 inches tall if you are lucky.
