Is it possible to take a decent photo with a little digital Samsung dooda?

Anything I should bear in mind?

ps Do I need software? Is it poss to take a good pic without software?

The silliest question, how do I get a photo off the computer into a TP post? Also, how can I tell if it's 'small' enough to download?

What's a Samsung dooda?
If you mean a compact camera, then sure you can. It's not the camera but the person who holds it. They have their limitaions and you might quickly find that you outgrow it, particularly if it doesn't have any manual settings. That doesn't mean that you can't get photos out of it that you'll be happy with.

While it might not be absolutely essential. personally I'd say yes, get some software. If nothing else, the ability to crop and straighten your pictures is always useful, even if you don't fancy doing anything else to the image. Most people at very least do some brightness/contrast adjustment, but it's really up to you whether you do or not. I use something called The Gimp, which is free to download.

To post here, upload to an image hosting site such as www.photobucket.com . It allows you to resize an image to a suitable size when you upload it, so you don't have to worry about doing anything about it on computer. Once it's uploaded you'll be able to copy and paste the link to the photo surrounded by these tags: . Paste that here and the image will display.

Thank you Matt!!!!!
