You could put a post in the "Wanted" section of the forum, as someone there might even send you one for free, but if you do that, for God's sake change the title of the thread or someone might think that you're offering a 'trade'

I have a 70-200, but would want a lot more than a "little screw" for it!
Seems I have a similar sense of humour to Andy (edited, sorry Graham!!).
