Taken on the way back from Birmingham. I am sure the light would be even nicer if I waited another hour.

There is some great architecture there, including both Cathedrals as long as you do not stray out of the tourist path (what goes on beyond is actually very scary).

whats so scary ? what parts of the of the tourist path did you go off? I'm sure I could say the same about Birmingham (if it has a tourist path?? )

about 1mile left from that building. I now understand why car insurance is so high in that city.

You are completely right about B'ham, also Glasgow, Londonistan, Shottingham, etc.
