Funny that you say that. It was the original intent os the Architect, Sir Basil Spence to make the buildings look like a castle.

I will be doing a small lecture on his vision for the site and how it turned out in Plas Tan y Blwch in a few weeks time. I have just ordered some of his original sketches from Canmore in Scotland.
