That site's a bit suspect in my opinion. Seems to be playing "cookie tricks" to stop you blocking them.

There ias absolutely nothing wrong with that site, it links directly to all the services available at the county council.

It spawned a suspect cookie alert on my Windows 11 machine.

If you've checked it and it's OK that's good.
 
The site might be all right but spray on foam insulation definitely isn’t… terrible stuff that causes lots of problems.
 
I had a call from a loft insulation ’survey’ company on Thursday too, I asked if they were paying for the information, no they replied and was a tata and I hung up.
