LOGIX TV REMOTE PLEASE

I have a Logix MD 20143 UK-A TV that i am looking for a universal remote for. Today i purchased a 'Total Control 3' universal remote but only the volume and channel and power button work. I'm wondering weather anyone knows of a universal remote compatible with this TV.

If not maybe try contacting Logix directly? I had a quick google but couldn't come up with the goods for you.

is there any guarentee that the medion remote will work on mine? id hate to buy it if it doesnt work. also i dont know how i can contact logix they dont seem to have a email address or phone number any help is appreciated
 
i must admit the remote looks exactly the same to mine. however, £ 16 in total is alot haha
