Nice set. I especially like the fist HoP shot.
My only real crit would be the softness of the last 3 images.
 
Nice motives, but as mentioned before, somehow not really sharp or is it intended to be bit lurry? To me it looks like a cheap tripod and heavy wind.
 
This was my first proper attempt at low light. I agree they do look a bit soft and not sharp. Yes I did use a tripod, it was a cheap Velbon CX-540. Weather conditions were windy too! I think I know what to do now.
 
Thank you for the response guys.

I used a remote control, and set the Shutter to Bulb mode. Most of the shots were around 30-60-90 seconds. Too long?? Would a shorter Shutter have worked better? I was shooting at F22 on the 18-55mm kit lens.

Take a look at my London thread in the architecture and urban section. The Big Ben and London eye shot are both 15 seconds or under. The other one is around 40 I think.
