when you photograph something thats photographed hundreds of times a day you have to do something special to make it stand out. That does not make it a bad shot, it's good but it has also been done many, many times before.

Colours are great but the composition is uninspiring and the river looks cluttered. Perhaps best to do some PP and isolate the Eye....???
