Lovely shot, good detail and looks great with the spiders personal taste but I'd drop the saturation on the greens in the bg, looks a tad bright to me

Is soft the correct word for contrast in images now? When I read this, I initially thought you were complaining about the focus. When I was printing you could get soft, medium and hard paper, the softest being low contrast. But, focus was still regarded as being soft for portraits. Shouldn't this image have been criticised for being flat instead? Hehe........
