I was shooting at 75mm to get a bit more compression of the sky and foreground and this was the best composition to get what I needed in the frame
Ive always wanted to stay overnight at the La Palma peak. Ive been to the observatories during the day but left before night. Theres a astro photographer called Alywn Wallace who has a cool youtube channel who has done some amazing shots from around there. Check him out.
As per above, the sky is so clear and star filled I'd rather have more sky than foreground. Same shot with a wider lens perhaps.
