Please don't be offended, but to request a wanted item ( or to sell items) there is a specific "classifieds" section.

With only 5 posts I don't beleive that you have "rights" to access the sales for the moment but if you actively involve yourself within the forum, that situation will rapidly change and allow you to post a wanted classified requesting the tripod that you search.

I'm sure someone else ( such as the mods) will inform you better of the guidelines etc.

As Asha say's its 30 days membership ( which I note that you do have) and 25 meaningful posts (ie not spam to get there) for access to the classified section.
Although of course there is no problem with members suggesting "what type" and places to buy (y)
 
In the meantime, have a look at Ffordes and Mifsuds (among others) to see what they have in stock. Don't forget that you'll need a head to go on most sets of legs.
