Looking for a good Hosting company

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a new web hosting company. The one I'm using is getting worse by the day! I designed my own website and blog, so I don't need a design service. I need the following:
Good website hosting
Good blog hosting (SQL database)
Good email service

Can someone please recommend a good company?

The problems I'm having are: their SQL database keeps on having problems so my blog doesn't work. I then get no help from them and then have to create a new database and load my blog again myself.
The email service is appalling. My emails get lost and I have a VERY small inbox. So if I get more that 100 emails, I have to delete some, which is terrible for keeping track of customer emails.

I would appreciate some names of good hosting companies PLEASE! Thanks!

Unlimited everything (I was storing some big files on their server too).

How big? I don't believe anything's truly unlimited

No, it isn't. If you fall foul of theor "more than x%" rules, you're done for. How big - easily over 1G each (transport stream captures of digital broadcasts). I think we had about 10G there for a while with no hint of a problem....

I've used www.dreamhost.com for years as have quite a few friends and no issues at all. There is a discount code G030 where if you get the one year prepay it's discounted from about 120 dollars to 20 or so.
