Looking for a new Softbox

Hello,

decided i needed a larger softbox for my studio work and wondered if anyone could suggest a good, reasonabley cheap softbox and what size would be best for me to look at.

I have Lencarta flash heads and have looked at the 120 cm Octa Softbox from Lencarta at £69, but they are out of stock o was looking for an alternative option.

I would get the 120 folding octa from Lencarta. It a bit more money but unless you have a permanent set up its easy-up/down mech will save your curses.

It's a really nice top quality softbox, and good value. If that's out of stock, I'd wait if you can.

I have a Lencarta octo softbox and it is brilliant

Have a look here, some very good prices (change to UK £s), Bessel are also good.

If you have the space and do not have to put the softbox away then shell out for the 180cm softbox.

was looking at the 150 cm Octa Softbox as an alternative, what i was wondering how do they collpase? the ones i have would have to be dismantled to collapse them so them leave them as they aint too big.

but not actually a collapsable one to comapre with and see if that is the suitable for me.

Hopefully a lot easier than the Hilite does

I don't think the non collapsable ones take too long to assemble after the 1st time.
