... Where I can lock and password protect albums. I want to share photos of my 7 month old daughter with friends and family, but (understandably) Mrs NickTB doesn't want the world having access. My family arevspread across Europe so its difficult to email the updates they all want. All I really know is Zenfolio. Do you have any other suggestions?

Flickr, set albums you upload to private and then you can give out guest passes which are only accessible by those who have the direct link.

Well there you go. I never realised I could do that. And I let my account run out too!
 
If you are a mac user, I use aperture and my mac mobileme account to password protect galleries for sharing photos with my family.
