looking for good alternati ve camera

I currently have a Sony DSLR i have limited use of right hand so i am lefthanded and all cameras are right handed . So it is a bit difficult to use my DSLR .I am experimenting with various cameras that are easy to use with left hand . If i dont get a another DSLR will want a camera with good or picture quality and able to use it in manual mode almost equal to a DSLR
Any ideas ?
