Don’t know if anything is made that meets the criteria, I’m looking for a arca style screw on plate with an inbuilt QD realese . Searched the usual places but can’t find anything so far ,preferably about 120 mm in length

Lots of them available; but the only ones I know of that make longer ones with QD socket are Hejnar Photo, and Kirk Enterprises... both are USA based.

Hejnar 5" plate with dual QD. Other sizes and some lens specific options also available, like Z180-600 plate.

Kirk 4.5" plate with QD... other sizes also available.
