As above, looking to buy a monopod and looking for suggestions from the knowledgeable folks of TP.
After realising I can't use my Sigma 150-500 for more than 45 mins, due to back pain.

So any suggestions would be appreciated.
Would say I have a budget of upto £100 at push.

I've got a 681B Manfrotto one which is fantastic. In fact I might consider selling it as it doesn't see much use now I've sold my heavy lens.

I'm using the Manfrotto 685B NeoTec Monopod Deluxe Photo Monopod with Safety Lock,
priced a tad higher than 100 quids but did wonders for my operated knee when needed!

Thanks for the suggestions folks, I'll have a look over the weekend and try and buy the one that suits my height.

I have the Manfrotto 679b monopod. Extended just over 5ft -closed about 2ft.
Supports up to 22 lb (10kg), Cost around £40

I have one of these as well, really easy to use and copes easily with a d750 and Sigma 150-500.

OK, bit of a Cheapskate here, but you could always extend one leg of your Tripod (if you have one) and use that instead.
