What looks like the front paw, beside the 6 on the measure is one of our labradors paw prints.

Badgers have five forward facing claws, can`t make out how many in the pics Dod.
 
odd what the snow reveals isn't it. You would have to guess at big footed badger. We walked the dogs in local parkland [mixed open grassland and woodland amongst arable farms near m25] on xmas day and despite walking there regularly for the last 5 years, never seen anything bigger than a rabbit. Yet, there, in the snow were prints that had to be deer. Never, ever seen any in the area or even signs of any before.... :shrug:
