Loose element - repair cost?

Hi guys, i'm fairly sure i have a loose element in my sigma 24 f/1.8, it defiantly sounds like it when you shake the lens. Photos come out completely blurred from about f/1.8-f/4 but above that they are pretty much fine. Any ideas what sort of price sigma will charge for repair?
