before getting on t'internet at home i set up a hotmail account at my local library, when I had my laptop and got online, I clicked on the "remember me" option so I haven't had to use my password in the last 18 months, and I must have up-graded to WLM at the same time. A couple of weeks ago I attempted to sign on only to be asked for my password, I put in what I thought it was, ( I know I should have written it down) only to be told it was the wrong password, so I clicked " I forgot my password" and answered all the questions to validate who I was, but have been denied access ever since. Any ideas what else I could do? I have set up a new hotmail account but would prefer to have WLM as I used the video link to keep in touch with my grandchildren.
