looks under exposed and to make a good picture the bublles need to be more prominant.. ie bigger... yes the bubbles are too small and spoil the whole concept IMHO..
 
@KIPAX :- Thanks for the reply and your comments.. But when i edited this in lightroom i converted this from B&W to aged one to give a different look. And second thing the bubbles that was blown was coming in small one size... :( and it was kid i can't ask them to blow for big bubbles...
 
Personally I think a full colour version of this would work better. As for the bubbles, copy one of them, make various copies at different sizes on a new layer and see how that looks.
