lost photoshop plug in

Hi - slowly putting things back together after losing CS6 ( I hate CC) & the plug ins attached to it, programme files, etc, in a major pc meltdown. Managed to get another copy of CS6, managed to re-download most of the other overlays & actions, which I edited with on auto pilot, knowing where to find them quickly by position rather than name. One I can't find anywhere ( because can't remember the name) had 2 adjacent actions called " painterly blur" & smart sharpener", each of which I used on 90% of my edits, so currently utterly stuffed.

Can anybody - pretty please - point me in the right direction asap ?

As far as I remember in cs6 you just go filters/sharpen/smart sharpen. Thats where it always was unless you are talking about a different smart sharpen,
