Lost SD card!

I have just sat down to process some holiday snaps but I seem have to misplaced a memory card, however, all the images were imported onto my laptop via Lightroom whilst on holiday so not all is lost!

What is the best way to get the images off the laptop onto my main PC that I also used Lightroom on?
 
If you have a home network then that's the way I'd go about it. If you don't have one then you could copy them to a storage card or DVD and transfer them that way.
 
The images, the catalogue is just a list of them. Have you edited them on the laptop ?
 
Right click on the image, show in explorer will tell you where you imported the files to. Then it's case of copying them from one pc to another in any many best suiting.

If you've made edit's and have lightroom on both computers, then it's best to select all the relevant shots, and Export as catalogue, probably best to a removable drive. That takes all the raw shots and the metadata containing your changes.

Then it's just a case of Import from catalogue and you'll copy the pics, changes, ratings etc over to the other PC.
