#2 works much better for me, maybe it's the looking straight at the camera rather than looking down.

Lighting is hard on the first and not doing any favours to the make up, second works well but those shorts dont IMHO .... but still better than anything i have done

Doing her no favours with the first. The perspective makes her thighs look bigger and the light is reflecting of her shiney face.
