Hi Iain,
The exposure is good and the B&W tones are lovely. I think that is suffers a little compositionally - the right hand side of the picture is cluttered with the glass pyramid and the centre-piece of the building fighting for attention...

I'd straighten it up as well.
If you scroll the pic up so the top of the building touches your tool bar at the top of your screen you'll see the pic slopes down to the left. Same with the bottom of the pyramid.
To much clutter at the right - crop it out.
I quite like the pic actually.
