low-light photography question

Hey all,

just came across this set of fantastic night shots,

does anyone have any idea of how she has gone about them post production wise... and also, how she may have gone about taking then... flash? no flash? long exposure? any special gear?

would love to have a go at this type of nocturnal photography but can't quite work out how shes gone about em

They're straight shots. No flash. No special post processing. Just weird light, smoke etc.
