Hi I've outgrown my half photo backpack just wondered if anyone uses a lowepro flipside 400 and would it for my dslr, film slr and 4-5 lenses?

recently purchused the 400aw flipside, as outgrew my 350aw fastpack.....

i'd be very surprised if it didnt fit your gear in to be honest...... its huge!! my 350 was rammed packed with my photo stuff that the zips barely closed.... in the 400 ive still got space to fill......

got one of amazon for about 55 quid

"4-5 lenses" is a bit vague.
You'd get loads of 50mm f/1.8 lenses in it but you'd struggle to get more than three 70-200mm f/4 lenses in for example.

As said depends on what lenses, mine takes 7D with Sigma 150-500 attached, 17-85, 100 mm macro, 1.4 and 2X convertores, Viewfinder loupe, extension tubes.......

I tend to take smaller primes with me as I'm not too fussed about zooms. Looks like it will be fine.

check out my camera bag in my profile- I carry ;lots of gear and it all fits

Les :D

I received a 400aw today from amazon and its lightweight with loads of room for all my gear. It takes a camera with sigma 150-500 attached easily. It has a tripod holder inbuilt aswell which is handy. It looks like i made the right choice.

Bloody enablers. I was trying not to buy one, but I've just clicked on "buy".

I have the Lowepro runner 200aw and for me it's fine. I have my D90 and 3 lenses, albeit not their not huge lenses. Plus other bits of equipement. It's not a huge backpack though. Just the job for me :).
