Anyone use the above bag, looking to get a bag that will hold my 5D with 70-200 attached and also my 24-105 and a 17-40. Would prefer a shoulder bag for ease of access to camera whilst out and about and something that does not look to much like a camera bag.

Can't help with the 160, but I use a 140.
It's ideal for going out and about with just my camera, (D90), with 18-105 attached (facing down).
It's very easy to get the camera in and out, and as you say, doesn't really look like a typical camera bag.
The bag is very well padded and so may hold a lot less than you think by the dimensions, I would try it first.
