Lowepro Fastpack 350 big enough???

For anyone that has this bag, would it be big enough to fit a D300 gripped, Nikon 300mm F4, Sigma 70-200 f2.8, some smaller lenses and accessories and a 16.4 inch Vaio?

I'm looking a bag that is capable to carry/hold this gear, any suggestions other that this?
 
I would say no. It would be ok with the 300 F4 or the 70-200 but not both :)
 
I think it'll hold that. My Faspack 350 holds my 5D gripped, 17" Acer laptop, 24-105 L IS USM, 50mm, 2x teleconverter, flashgun and has room to spare that I'm slowly filling with things like diffusers, shutter cable and hot-shoe spirit level. Top of the bag also holds space for a sandwich box. On a side note having a side-opening bag is a living dream for easy access to the bag.

Best thing you can do is go to a local store and have a play with one to decide if it's for you of if you need something bigger :)
 
I'm not sure of a local store that has them. Does Jessops or Calumet stock them per chance?
 
My dad has the Fastpack 350, and I'd say no, it won't hold all that. They are only really capable of holding one big lens, and you have two. The 350 isn't really a huge amount bigger than my 250
