Lowepro Pro Trekker 400 or similar

Im after a Lowepro Pro trekker 400,I was tempted by the 600 but I think its gonna be too big for air travel.
Or something similar to that bag.

I need to fit
2 D3
70-200
24-70
50 1.4
85 1.8
300 too soon
4 Flash Units
5 Pocket Wizards
3 Portable Hardrives
15"Macbook
Some just the other general junk?

I had looked at F Stop bags but dont know how good or airoplane friendly they are?

Any other suggestions

That is a lot to put in a single bag. I have a computrekker which would take all that lot minus the 300 and one D3 and that is VERY heavy. It will be interesting to see what is suggested. My largest peli (I think it is called a 1650) would probably just get that lot in and has wheels and a handle but that is very heavy and would be "in the hold" only.
