Lowepro Slingshot 202 & Jet2

Heading off to Spain next year with Jet2 and its my first flight away with photography equipment.

Would a Lowepro Slingshot 202 be suitable for carry on baggage as long as its below 10kg with Body & Lenses in

Thinking Tripod in the hold luggage, along with the charger and other bits like filters.

I'm a complete amateur, but is there anything to worry about with taking photography equipment through customs, don't want to get hassled

Yes you will be ok. I take mine all the time (stuffed full)and often use Jet2 and I've never had it weighed yet. Be prepared to empty the bag into a tray though when you go through the X-ray machine.

I was starting to try find other bags just in case, but now I don't need too:clap:

Good point on the x ray tray, not thought of that, so I will bag up smaller items and put them in the hold bag too

Funny it's the 1st year that i've had to empty the bag. I normally just put it straight onto the conveyer. Must just be a security thing as people with laptops/tablets had to do the same.

I use the 302 for my hols (never flown Jet2 though) & that is ok for `hand luggage` & just fits between my feet so I can get at the sweets & choddy easily :)
Luckily I've never had to empty it for the X-ray either.
