Lowepro Stealth Reporter bags

Can't tell you about the 100 but I have the 650 and it is great for certain kinds of assignments. If I am walking around, say a show, and I need quick access to gear, then I use the SR.

When I'm out and about doing wildlife stuff (which is mostly what I do) I tend to put what I think I will need in a Flipside and the rest goes in the car boot in a Tamrac exped 8.
 
Greywolf, do you like the Flipside, as I believe that acccess is via the back of the backpack?
 
I've got a d300aw stealth reporter, excellent bag and can hold a body with lens attached and four other lenses plus a flash, along with filters and other bits and pieces. Good for quick access and working out of. I also have a flipside 200 for when I'm out hiking but want to get the 300 as the 70-200 won't fit in the 200.
 
i had a 650 (or might have been 550) lovely bag to store your gear in but try putting it on your shoulder for an hour!
Very large bag will hold everything you will ever need but the strap is useless and slides off your shoulder, if you intend to fill it your will have a bad back bruised shoulder after a day shooting.
