I somehow managed to lose the small strap that holds a tripod to the side of my Lowepro 302aw.
I emailed Lowepro customer services and asked if it was possible to buy one.
Within 24 hours I received a reply from a lady called Megan and she asked me for my address so that she could send a replacement to me.

It arrived today at no cost to me whatsoever :)
Absolutely outstanding customer service, many companies could learn a valuable lesson from Lowepro!
A big thanks to Megan and Lowepro :)
 
very good customer service, its always nice to find good service like that and would definitly make you shop back with them im sure :)
 
They sent me the inner dividers for a slingshot 100 much the same ticket and also great customer service received here. (y)
 
Me too! - I lost the AW cover for one of their rucksacks & they sent me a new one free!
