Lowepro Toploader 55AW & Pro Runner 200AW, will these be ok?

I'm just starting out & have bought a 7D and now have ordered the 70-200 2.8 IS USM lens and looking for a suitable bag.

From what I can see these 2 bags will suit my needs. I would just like to verify that both bags will take the 7d with the 70-200 lens fitted.

The Toploader would be just for going light, like walking the dog & such, with the Pro Runner I would be out on my Mountain Bike with more gear, definitely a small tripod, flash, kit lens & whatever else I want later.

Anybody got these that can give an opinion either way.

I have the 200AW and it easily accommodates my 550D with the 70-200 F2.8L attached. You may wish to consider if your equipment is likely to be added to in the future, in which case the next size up may be better. (300AW?).

I use the Pro 75 AW for on the go with my D300 with grip and 80-200 AF IF ED which fits perfectly. I'm thinking that the 55 AW might be a little on the small side for you?? Maybe try before you buy is the best bet.

Thanks for the info. I've ordered the 2 bags. The 75 is actually not as deep as the 55 acording to the specs, so if yours fits on the length then I should be fine. I'm sure the Pro 75 is a better bag but the 55 is only 22 quid right now on Amazon.

The Pro 75 is actually 3cm deeper internally than the 55 toploader zoom. If you dont need the additional 3cm then the price difference makes it a no brainer..
