Just had to praise Lowepro Uk.......

Contacted them re my 70AW Toploader approx 1 year old that had split on the corner.

(Canon 1D MKII + 24-70 2.8 with hood is just a little bit of a tight fit)

Anyway got a nice email asking me to send it in to them to have a look at....told them how it had happened.......no problem still send it in was the reply.

Well today I recieved a brand new 70AW.:thumb:

All done within a week.

Sent them a thankyou email but just thought I would share my experience on here.
 
Good to hear a positive story for a change regarding cutomer service, they seem rare these days (Im sure thats not the case).

Congratulations on the replacement + well done Lowerpro:thumb:
 
Well to be honest it was the last thing I had expected a new one.

Thought I would just get a call saying nothing could be done as it was obvious I had damaged it myself.

Best be careful what I put in it now.

Great to hear a positive experience of a company.
So often do we hear only complaints and whinges :)

I, like loads of people on here choose Lowepro bags, so it's comforting to hear that their customer service is top notch.
 
I am pleased for you, P-E & Lowepro ... and me !

Just bought a Slingshot 200AW and although I hope nothing untoward happens it is good to know they have the right approach ! BTB it is a great little bag too !

Let's hear it for Lowepro !
