The last time I used one of my LP-E4 batteries in my 1D mkiii it was fine, It wasn't in the best of health only showing two bars on the re charge performance and probably lasting about 75% as long as my other battery. That was about a month ago, I've come to charge it ready for this weekend and its completely dead,no signs of life, will not accept a charge and showing no signs of life at all when in the camera. Is it normal for them to just die and is there anything I can do to revive it. I tried cleaning the contacts and warming the battery on a radiator but still nothing. My other battery works fine,charges in both slots on the charger and performs as it should so its definitely the battery and not the camera or charger.
