LRC vs ACR - no longer on parity!

First of all I hope this is just a temporary lapse. I like LRC, still not too keen on LR...

There isn't anything too wrong with LRC, but if you spend any time in photoshop and open ACR (adobe camera raw) you will quickly notice that it received quite a few small new features such as:

• bidirectional gradient
• hallation
• Transformation with generative expand/fill
• geometric distortion

Some of them can be replicated in 2 steps, some in photoshop itself and halation is pretty unique if you are into that sort of thing.

If you haven't heard about it - go inside photoshop and give a try.

If you are from ADOBE - please don't kill or relegate LRC!

LRC and ACR have never really been at parity. Generally, ACR gets updated or has extra features added and field tested in Photoshop migrating to the various versions of Lightroom a short while later.
