Doesn't really work for me I'm afraid.

Something about the eyes smacks as wrong. I'm not sure if they are ever so slightly softer than the lips, or if it's the brightning work you've done on them but they seem out of place (maybe it's just me)...
Apart from that, the crop isn't quite there. The bit of fabric on the right is distracting and I'd prefer to have seen the rest of her head, or at least cropped to just above the forehead.
I also don't like the floating hand on her chin.

Not sure about the lighting either. Little bit of shadow on the right side of her nose (reflector would have removed that).

Of course, these are just my own opinions and many may like it. The model is stunning and no doubt you have a few other shots of her which are spot on.

I like the lighting, but the blue clothing to the right is distracting, and I have to agree about the floating hand....

But I think the eyes look fine, maybe they could do with a little more pop....

Remove the hand and the clothing is distracting but i love the photo'd subject.
