LumaTouch have announced that LumaFusion will be on sale from 12th-14th February, to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

EDIT: Now extended until the 15th. See the 6th post in this thread.

It runs on iPad, iPhone, or on an M1 MacBook under Big Sur.
It's one of the most intuitive ways of working with a non-linear editor and great for mobile journalism.

Sorry about that. Their sale prices usually apply in the UK. Looking further down the Twitter thread I linked to shows that the sale didn't apply in a number of countries, despite LumaTouch saying, "the international sale will be available in all App Stores". I'll see if I can find out what's going on.

I've asked on the LF Forums if the sale applies in the UK. I'll let you all know if I get a reply.

Update

The forum site admin came back with this reply:

Prices change in line with USA time
They are just waking up over there

So, assuming that LumaTouch aren't lazy, or waiting outside the App Store for the janitor to turn up with the keys, I'm guessing it has something to do with lockdown and working from home.

Another update

UPDATE: Apologies for an error we made when updating the sale price in the App Store. It delayed the start of our Lunar New Year sale. To compensate, we’re extending the date of the sale to Feb. 15th.
