I recently purchased a wireless remote off amazon, reviews were all great it said it was G2 compatible, so does the box. But when it arrived today and I started trying to play with my new toy but for some reason my camera is convinced that the remote is an external mic. I've checked the batteries, the channels, the lights all flash the right colours at the right times. Have I missed a step here or should I get on to Amazon to send me another?
