M4a to mp3 converter

Hi all , I have a mem stick with loads of m4a files that I need to convert to mp3's , anyone know the quickest way to do this ?

I have used it for video but not audio.

Is it for a car or something? For phones or computers you can find an audio player than will handle the files directly.

why convert to mp3 , m4a is a better codec, it is AAC

Because the media player in my Renault Trafic will only play mp3 files

So after much faffing I can tell you all that Freeac is the clear winner ! So thanks to @Retune for the recommendation !
