mac book pro (latest gen) 13" tearing

am i the only one who gets this problem?

i've got a new 13" macbook pro with snow leopard
when i scroll down in firefox i get tearing on the screen
i get the same thing when i watch a flash movie such as youtube.

can only find a little about it on the net.

take it back mate...it should not happen! even if it is a minor issue..

try another browser like google chrome but to be honest, if ti were mine I'd take it back and ask for a replacement

yeah i think i will.. i'd assumed it was just a driver issue and would work after next update. but now you say it, i think i'll send it back
