Mac Keyboard

Just bought a Macbook Air and was pleased to see it has a black keyboard. The white keys on my iMac drive me mad as they get grubby so quickly. I try to clean the keyboard using computer wipes but they don't do a great job. Anyone got any tips for a more thorough clean?

Are baby wipes better than computer wipes then?

They seem to be, yes. Seem to be better at cutting through the oils and dirt than the computer wipes, which I think are more for a static issue than anything.

Given I also use them to (very effectively) degrease my bike after each ride, I dread to think what they actually do to the things they are supposed to be used on!

I use baby wipes on mine also. Just make sure you get the plain ones not aloe vera, they left horrid residue when I grabbed the wrong ones from the changing table! In fairness I am trying to think of something I haven't used a baby wipe to clean since the little one.

The other thing I use is a micro fibre cloth with some window cleaner sprayed on. I know they say don't do it but I am yet to have a problem using it in over a decade of cleaning computers.
