Mac probs. Any ideas?

My macbook has suddenly decided it will not work without the power lead, the battery has been fine and holds lots of charge and it shows as being charged on the display but pull the power out and it dies. I have removed the battery and checked and cleaned the contacts but no joy.

try a different power supply or take it to the shop for em to try, they are notorious for packing up

Call the apple help line, if you have had your macbook under a year or if you have the apple care plan they will fix it for free.
