Mac video capture?

I hate people asking for the cheapest, but here goes.
My cousin wants to capture video from his PS3 using a macbook, which he doesn't have yet but the PC is broken again.

The reason I want to know the cheapest is that quality really isn't important, he wants to post to youtube and I reckon he'll get bored of it pretty quickly.

So what's the cheapest way to get a mac to capture video from the back of a PS3?
Personally I said any mac will cope with it, but he wants to know if there are any specifications his macbook should meet in order to cope with said task? I've never done it so can't advise him with much authority.

Oh and it has to be a macbook, he has the smallest room in the house and wants portable solution, so mac mini's and imac's are out really.

I was hoping to get a bit cheaper than that, but unless anybody knows any cheaper that'll have to be the one I think.

I think £50 is about the price point you'll be looking at to be honest.
