Does anyone have any input on Macro close up lenses? I got a free set when I ordered my CPL filter.

If you're shooting with a digital camera trying them out will be pretty much cost free.
I have a set that were bought for me as a little present years ago. I think they cost about £28. They're nowhere near as good as a macro lens but for little cost (or for free
) they're fun things and although I haven't played with mine for quite some time as far as I remember they are nice toys.
Try them one at a time and then try stacking them
