The second half (4-6) were took with a tripod in lowish light so using a slower shutter speed

I'm not a huge fan of flower shots but 4 & 6 really work for me, they really work in b&w and have a lovely dof.

Aha now I see it ......... as a florist I feel it my duty to point out that all foliage below the water line should be taken off, it goes manky and kills the flowers quicker:LOL:

If you like doing flower shots Bill make friends with your local florist, we had a guy who used to buy flowers off me to photograph, eventually we came to an agreement where I would give him a flower and he would give me a print of it in exchange - both happy(y)
