Macro lens

Wanting a macro lens to fit my Nikon D5000. Wanting to photograph bugs and close ups of flowers etc. I don't have a clue what to look for. Help me out please? At the moment I have a 18-55 and 55-200mm VR lens. Budget max £350. Thanks!

A Tamron 90mm or a sigma 100mm are both excelent lenses and very sharp.
The Nikon 105mm is also great, but possibly above budget.
Sigma also have a 150mm which gets very favourable reviews.
Cant rememeber if the D5000 has a focus motor or not, but most macro is manual focus anyway, so shouldnt matter much.

I was in the fortunate position to purchase a Nikkor 105mm as well, one of my favourites!, as suggested by Tom, however can I suggest a second hand 60mm alternative: http://www.graysofwestminster.co.uk/products/secondhand.php

last lens on their second hand list! (no connection to Grays at all), I suggest this (as Tom mentions also) that AF is slightly redundant when using macro lenses.
