Macro Lighting

Hi all

I have a Sony A1 and Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2x Ultra lens.

I could do with some lighting/flash. It'll be for use outdoors and for macro only.

I looked at the adaptalux. It looks fine, but expensive. Not that I'm against spending the money.

Any other suggestions? Maybe something lighter?
